The aim of the project is the characterization of crystalline and nano-crystalline materials, bulk or powdered for biomedical, applications as imaging diagnostic , PET, etc … Furthermore, heterostructures, formed by crystalline layers and organic layers, will be characterized. In particular, the state and morphology of the surfaces, the morphology and the composition of the interfaces will also studied
