ClearPET Petite

ClearPET Petite, consists of 16 detector modules arranged in a ring, with a transverse and axial field of view (FOV) of 100 mm and 18.1 mm, respectively. A detector module consists of a multi-channel PMT (Hamamatsu H7600-00-M64) and LSO/LuYAP phoswich crystals. Each phoswich detector module is composed of 8 x 8 matrixes of 2 mm x 2 mm x 8 mm crystals.

The sensitivity of the PET system is 0.4% at the centre of the FOV. The radial and tangential resolutions vary from 1.3 mm to 2.4 mm when the source is positioned at the centre and 20 mm off-centre of the FOV, respectively.
